Giraffe room preparing and cooking vegetables as part of our Incredible Edibles programme Task 4

The Giraffe Room prepared, and made potato salad together. They also prepared and boiled carrots and then added some onions to the salad before plating it up. Task 4 of our Incredible Edibles programme was all about the harvesting and cooking of these vegetables which were planted by the students some weeks earlier. A lot of work and time went into the peeling and chopping of these vegetables before cooking. A little butter was added after they were boiled to make them tasty and ready to eat
