Trip to St Stephen's Green
20th Apr 2026
Students from Primary 6 travelled to town using public transport. They were learning the steps on how to get from one place to another, helping with life skills needed for school transitions
Along the way to and from town they were prompted to recognise landmarks. In Dublin city centre, they were reminded when using pedestrian crossings the need to be vigilant and the importance of observing traffic signals. On returning to school safely students felt a sense of achievement and personal responsibility.
